The cottage is situated about two and half miles from Lochinver village. On entering the village from Ullapool drive straight through the village and take the left fork in the road (the right fork leads to the harbour and pier). When you see the sign for Bad-na-Ban carry straight on past it and the cottage is the first white house you will see on the left hand side of the road. If you reach the sign for Inverkirkaig you have just passed the cottage.
